Prerequisites
Before you can deploy F5 Application Delivery Service for Google Cloud (ADS), you need to complete some prerequisites.
If it’s your first time using F5 ADS, you need to find the offering in the Google Cloud Marketplace and subscribe to it:
- Find the F5 Application Delivery Service for Google Cloud product listing in the Google Cloud Marketplace.
- Login with your Google Cloud account.
- Select Subscribe to subscribe to the F5 ADS offering.
- Currently the Enterprise plan is the only plan supported. This option is selected automatically.
- You can use the usage and cost estimator to calculate the cost of your deployment based on your expected usage.
- Select the billing account you want to use for this deployment.
- Agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.
- Select Subscribe and a message will confirm that your order request has been sent to F5, Inc.
- Once F5 ADS receives your order request, it will be automatically approved.
- This approval process may take several seconds to complete in the background.
- Next, select Sign up with F5, Inc. to proceed.
- In the Welcome to F5 ADS window, select Close Window to return to the Google Cloud Console.
- You can now log into the F5 ADS console by selecting Manage on provider from the Google Cloud Marketplace.
